PDMS Urdu Email - Guide
1. Open "PDMS Urdu Email" File.

2. "From" defaults to "urduemail@pakdata.com" .You can change it to your own
email address by clicking "Set Your Email", it then open "Settings" windows. See
its help below number 14
3. Enter your email in "Your Email" field, it serves as "ReplyTo" field
for Email.
4. Enter receiver's address in "To" field.
5. Enter subject of email in "Subject" field.
6. Finally type in the content of the email. This could be formatted using
the Formatting Tools.
7. Select "اردو" or "English" to
type in the Urdu or
English Email content respectively.
8. To see the Urdu/English Keyboard Layout click "Show Keyboard".

9.You will see the following menu.
>> File
>> Option
>> Help
10. Under "File" Menu we have following options
>>Open
>>Save
>>Save as Image
>>Exit
11. Click "Save as Image" to save the written Urdu Email as image on computer.
12. Click "Exit" to Exit the Application.
13. Under "Options" Menu we have following options.
>>Settings
>>Optimize for Mobile
14. Under "Options" Menu Click "Settings" to change the Urdu Email Settings.

15. Enter your name in "Your Name" field.
16. Select "urduemail@pakdata.com"
to use "From" address as "urduemail@pakdata.com"
hence receiver will see this email address as sender's address, then "ReplyTo" field could be used for your email address.
17.Select "Your own email address" for changing sender's email
address to your own email address in "From"
field, for that Enter your email in "Your Email" field and SMTP server address
in "SMTP Server" field and port number in "Port" field and for using secure
connections check "Use TLS".
18. Select "Yes" or "No" in "Requires Authentication" field for
authentication. If "Yes" then enter user name and password in "User Name" and
"Password" field respectively.
19. If "SMTP Server" is "smtp.gmail.com" then server settings will be detected
automatically. You only have to enter user name and password
20. Under "Options" Menu Click "Optimize for Mobile" to optimize the emails
for opening in Mobile Devices.
