Nastaleeq Nizami is the first complete Urdu and Farsi typesetting software for the Apple Macintosh computer. The multilingual capabilities of the Macintosh computer combined with the versatility of the PostScript page description language, have made it possible to mechanize an extremely difficult and problematic script. All attempts made during the past hundred years to mechanize this script were unsuccessful, and as a result a typewriter which could type Nastaleeq style, is not available even today.

The Nastaleeq Nizami is the first system for the Macintosh computer which successfully and adequately automates the production of Nastaleeq text. English and Arabic words can be combined with Urdu and Farsi to produce a multilingual text.

Nastaleeq Nizami's file can be taken into Aldus PageMaker and you can use all its features to design the page as desired without the help of a professional artist
